Shipping Time

Preorder items are made to order. Shipping can take up to 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe may vary depending on production and shipping schedules.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to reserve your preorder item. This helps us manage production efficiently and ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Changes

Preorders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately after purchase. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

We will notify you via email once your preorder item has shipped. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
